Summer Psalms
We have four life groups (LG) that meet mid week for discipleship, fellowship and prayer. LGs usually begin with food, move to studying the Bible and end with prayer. Our Wednesday evening LGs meet geographically in three separate locations (Markdale, Orange Valley and West Grey). Our Friday morning LG is our daytime LG and meets centrally in Markdale. The basic questions we follow will help those new to or familiar with the Bible to discover its message for their lives. You can find the passages we will be studying below.
For our Summer Psalms, useful resources include a good study Bible (like the ESV), the Bible Project overview of Psalms and Jesus words from Lk 24:44, that all the Psalms are written about and fulfilled in Him.
Summer: The Friday morning LG is not meeting in July. The Markdale (Butts) and Orange Valley (Crockers) LGs are joining for the summer at the church. The West Grey (Baumann/Peters) is meeting this summer.

Life Group Questions, 2019-2026
These questions are meant to be guides to help you think through the passage before coming to LG. However, regardless of whether you've looked at these or even read the passage, come out; the most important thing to do is to open the Word together. You'll be blessed whether you've worked through these or not. There is some context given to help you understand our particular passage. There are some starter questions to get you thinking about the sermons we heard on Sunday. Finally, there are questions about our passage. Those marked in bold are the big or key questions. Those in 'regular type' are additional questions that allow you to go deeper. Text in italics seeks to explain finer details about the passage.
